Una fuerte discusión entre el gerente general de Las Cotorras del Gustavo Behall , Harold Martínez y el dirigente Ernesto "Pechera" Guillén fue lo que se escenificó luego que la directiva de la franquicia decidiera prescindir de los servicios del técnico capitalino.
Según los comentarios y rumores que se transmitían por las redes sociales, Harold y Pechera casi se van a los puños al momento de comunicarle que había sido despedido.
En lugar de Guillén, la gerencia de Las Cotorras le darán la oportunidad al puertoplateño Ronald Acosta, quien fungía como el primer asistente, para que éste aplique sus conocimientos en beneficio de su equipo.
